For a good fit, please measure from the tip of your nose to the beginning of your ear.
Sizes are as follows:
X-Large: 7 inches and up.
Large: 6 inches
Medium/Teen: 5 inches
Small/Child: 4 inches
X-Small/Toddler: Anything below 4 inches.
